Although most people know a good image when they see one, there are still some who think awful images are good ones. I've selected several images from depositphotos as examples.

This is not only awkward, but the lighting is pretty poor.
This is just EXTREMELY unattractive.
Is she trying to be sexy or is she in pain?
Bad lighting. Very. Bad. Lighting.
I think this was supposed to look cool, but it really diminishes the quality.
Is this supposed to be sexy? What happened to the actual concept of modeling?
Okay, if you can't even look natural while pretending to text, you should probably quit your day job.
Awkward arms are REALLY common. Do you pose like that in real life? I surely hope not!
This is a popular one too. "My arm is tired. I'll just rest it on my own head." Yea. Right.
Again with the awkward arms. I'm just not feeling it.
Women posing with guns are pretty popular. Unfortunately, very few actually know how to pull the look off. You definitely don't hold your wrist when you handle a gun.
What is this??
This is just wrong.
No. No no no.
Do I really need to explain on this one?
Absolutely not. Ever. NEVER EVER.
I have no words.
Also keep in mind, images with bright lighting aren't easily blended onto backgrounds with low lighting (and vice versa). Sometimes, it's not possible at all. That doesn't mean the images are bad, but if they don't blend well, they won't make a good cover.
